"The Greater East Asia War in 1941-1945 ,Japanese Army occupied Thailand and most of the Southeast Asia countries. Thai government had to cooperate with Japan as the rules of Partner agreement. A group of Thai people both Thai and international combined the power to create "Seri Thai".  They believed that strength of the allies would be grow in Long-term battle and able to win the war, Phrae Province was an important place and related to the free Thai movement group.Phrae was the only one province in the 17 provinces in the north that had the free Thai movement group .It was collaborated between the free Thai movement and the villagers."
